Payment will be taken at the time of the order to secure goods. A contract comes in to place only once credit card security and address vetting has been completed to our satisfaction.
Entering into a contract with the customer with distant selling shall be the decision of
DJ Empire and we decide at all times and confirm acceptance of your order. Credit card payment may be cancelled at any time and we may back out from any sale.
Deposits paid to reserve goods cannot be refunded should the order be cancelled at a later date.
No property or title of goods shall pass from DJ Empire to the customer until full payment has been received and DJ Empire has been paid in full.
All products are supplied subject to availability. Goods are usually sent out for delivery the next working day. For web sales. In the event that we are unable to supply any product, your order will be placed on backorder, where we will contact you and inform you of alternatives, upgrades and availability. DJ Empire is under no obligation to fulfill any customer order.
Manufacturer may change the specifications of a product.
All sizes and weights are approximate but we make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible to suit your needs.
DJ Empire make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable and time for delivery will not be of the essence. DJ Empire shall deliver the product within 30 days unless DJ Empire and the customer have agreed to a longer delivery period. Should DJ Empire not deliver the product within 30 days. If neither the DJ Empire nor the customer can agree on another time for a delivery, the customer shall receive a refund of any monies paid.
The customers signature will be required upon delivery of goods by the courier and the customer must be aged 18 or over. If not, an adult aged 18 or over shall sign the delivery note accepting the goods
We do not supply any goods on a trial basis.
Customers should only sign the couriers receipt for the goods after inspecting and ensuring the goods are the correct type and quantity ordered.
Should DJ Empire over-delivers (send out the wrong order) to the customer they shall either accept and pay for the quantity actually delivered, or accept the original order and return the excess products to the DJ Empire immediately, upon demand by DJ Empire and all expenses will be meet by our selves.
DJ Empire accepts no liability for delays incurred where the delivery is delayed or miss routed in error by the couriers.
New goods are covered with a return to base warranty against manufactures defects for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Extended manufacture warranty may be available through registration with the manufacturer independent to DJ Empire.
B-stock and second hand goods are covered with a return to base warranty against manufactures defects for one month.
All goods supplied must be used for its intended purpose and not be subject to abuse or unreasonable usage.
If any goods are proven to be defective and such defects are reported to DJ Empire within 14 days of delivery the product or part thereof shall be replaced as quickly as possible providing the stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable the customer shall be offered an equivalent.
Counter sales from our showroom (Retail Sales) the goods must be returned to DJ Empire.
Replacement goods cannot be supplied until we have the faulty items and it has been validated.
DJ Empire will recover any costs incurred will attempting to repair goods that have no inherent manufacturing fault, The product will be returned to you and a charge you 20% of the goods current value will be made to recover wasted time and out of pocket expenses.
Warranty is non transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover cross faders, line faders, styli, and lamps
Customer disputes decided will be decided finally by the Manufacture and this decision should be taken as final.
DJ Empire reserves the right to change or alter any prices without given notice within our store or on the web site or within any national advertising campaign.
